A wonderful release from a Vigotone subsidiary themed on the Evolution of Strawberry Fields Forever. I would classify this as not only a Core release but also as an excellent reference disc.H owever this is probably not a disc that you will sit down and listen to, when compared to some of the great compilations like the Ultra Rare Traxs Volume 1 + 2 .

The majority of the material is either new or upgraded, it does unfortunately appear however that there may already be an upgraded source of the Santa Isabel Demos available with Takes 5 + 6 appearing in slightly better quality of the very limited collectors release Entomology .

As with all Vigotone release they are swiftly 're-issued' / counterfeited by other labels and whilst some where in high quality this excellent release seems to have been limited with the exception of one European pressing which was repackaged to CDR releases.
