Surprisingly despite the 'Butchers Cover' only being available for a few days and the new 'Trunk Cover' being issued on the 20 June 1966 and remaining Capitol's choice for this release, there is no 'White Trunk' option available from this label for the 'Duophonic' release .It appears that at least that the August 2002 catalogue lists the Blue Trunk cover was available for a least some time .
